Taylor Brooke Danielle Drake is quite an experimenter who shows a love interest in everything she does. Hard work and determination will pay off as she will one day make her way to Harvard Law.
She being one out of the five in her family, education comes first. She won the School Academic Award in 2014. Taylor will always push herself, she being the first freshman editor in journalism was one thing she has felt very accomplished about. Taylor would like to be more involved in school activities. Sports are not her forte, but she enjoys golf in her free time. She would like to try to be in clubs that suit her, and keep her more involved.
Taylor is a strong reader; she enjoys a book that has a good plot and is easy to comprehend. “The Giver” by Lois Lowry is her favorite book, and she also enjoys the Dystopian genres. Taylor, only being 15 years old, has a lot of things planned for her future. Taylor keeps her group of friends small and has a good head on her shoulders. She has a great sense of humor and makes friends easily. Being a freshman, many people would not expect her to get out of her comfort zone and have friends that are older. However, she is easy to get to know and is genuinely nice to everyone around her.
“The cruelest thing of all is false hope,” American Horror Story. This is one of Taylor’s favorite quotes. She says, “it means I would rather have someone tell me the truth right away than someone lie to make me feel better about myself.” In Taylor’s perspective, she wants to see the world in a “different way.” She wants to get a better understanding with life instead of seeing it through such small spaces. With such a good head on her shoulders and setting morals for herself, Taylor says “I want to be more of an optimist.”
