As the 2014-2015 school years comes to an end, this years senior class is pushing their way for the next month. What was the most memorable time, most difficult, and what does the future hold for them?
Out of all the emotions experienced by senior students, one senior has fear. This is fear of leaving family, friends, and his/her home town. Senior Cassi Quissell said, “I honestly don’t have a big fear because leaving is going to be easy for me.” By the end of high school, there are seniors who have an idea of what they are wanting to do after their high school career, unlike senior Mariah Tepper. She said “I have no idea what I want to major in.” College has the potential to be a serious subject, especially to senior Nadia Baca who said, “I have poor study habits, so I am afraid that I won’t do well in my college classes because of my lack of motivation and study.” These four years the class of 2015 have spent seven hours a day, 720 days in school preparing for their lives after high school.

The opinion on which grade in high school is easiest can vary, but senior Hope Banghart said her easiest year was freshman year. “My freshman year was easiest for me. I didn’t have too hard classes, and I had a lot of fun.” Along with Banghart senior Jordan Kelly said, “My easiest time would probably be my senior year. I’m just happy it’s finally time to wrap things up.” Senior Matt Feece said, “SENIOR YEAR. 1st trimester. I had vocational so I didn’t come in till 3rd hour except on Wednesdays, then all my classes I enjoyed. Plus I had soccer.”
Plymouth High School has seventeen more days of school. “It has gone so much faster than expected. It is crazy to believe that high school is almost over for me, it’s going by quicker than expected,” said Senior Libbie Portteus but for Feece he said that, “It’s definitely taking its time. “ Senior Anna Piazza, believes everyday is different. Piazza said, “Some weeks and days feel like forever, but thinking about how [far along in the year we are in] is crazy.”
Leaving family and friends could be simply easy or difficult for students. This years senior class is pushing their way for the next month. After June 3rd, the high school students have been in session for 2,340 days. Only 17 more to go.
