Biting nails, touching ones face, or even things that people do not realize are done on a regular bases can be considered habits. Peers might be the ones to help realize that good things are not always good habits.

Throughout the course of the school year, Plymouth High School runs several charities to help support the community. Not only does the school staff help out, but students from PHS also make an effort to host charities to gain more attention in helping out the community more.
