{"id":6517,"date":"2013-03-11T11:44:22","date_gmt":"2013-03-11T16:44:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/social.plymouth.k12.in.us\/perspective\/?p=6517"},"modified":"2014-04-07T07:15:29","modified_gmt":"2014-04-07T12:15:29","slug":"the-journalism-class-opened-its-doors-to-two-new-writers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/social.plymouth.k12.in.us\/perspective\/?p=6517","title":{"rendered":"The Journalism Class Opened Its Doors to Two New Writers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_6524\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/social.plymouth.k12.in.us\/perspective\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/DSC_0477.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6524\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6524\" alt=\"Freshmen Eric Burch and Courtney Black are two new staff writers that joined the Pilgrim Perspective Online Newspaper.  \" src=\"http:\/\/social.plymouth.k12.in.us\/perspective\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/DSC_0477-300x200.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-6524\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Freshmen Eric Burch and Courtney Black are two new staff writers that joined the Pilgrim Perspective Online Newspaper.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><em>By Patricia Ortiz-Corona<\/em><\/p>\n<p>New creative minds have entered through the door of the Journalism class this trimester.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Journalism class opened its doors to two new freshman students, Eric Burch and Courtney Black.\u00a0 Though the students are new to the class, they have different reasons for joining the course.\u00a0 Black joined the course because according to her it, \u201cseemed like an interesting class.\u201d\u00a0 Burch on the other hand states that he loves to write and that one of the reasons why he joined the class was because it will, \u201cstrengthen my writing skills.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Both of these new students have expectations regarding this course.\u00a0 Black, an avid watcher of Law and Order S.V.
