Mr. Nathan Mayer has a saying that he lives by: “Live and let live.\u201d Mr. Mayer says the term means, \u201cYou do your thing and don\u2019t worry about other people doing their things and that they should do the same with you.\u201dSophomore Morgan Depoy, believes,\u201d The fear of striking out will keep you from striking out.\u201d She is not letting anything get in her way.\u00a0 Depoy’s saying means, “Like if you play baseball and you fear from striking out,then it\u2019s going to keep you from playing the game.\u201d There are opportunities in this world that people would like to see.<\/p>\n

People use their sayings in everyday life. Mr. Mayer abides by his saying daily by,\u201dStaying out of others business, I keep to myself because of that and I focus on me rather than things others are doing.\u201d Senior Audra Lloyd’s explained her saying means,\u00a0 “Think before you speak, I feel relieved when I stop myself,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Quotes can come from a variety of places like television or the radio.\u00a0 Lloyd found her saying on a button, but she did not\u00a0 know who makes the button.\u00a0 Depoy head her saying in a movie she watched once.\u00a0 Senor Ashley Stokes,\u00a0 heard her saying,\u201dIt’s better to be hated for who you are then to be loved by who you’re not,\u201d from a song.<\/p>\n

Sometimes sayings can be wrong.\u201cNot in my life, maybe in the real world,\u201d Mayer says about his saying being wrong in his life whereas on the other hand Lloyd says, \u201cThere are times where I wish I would have spoken up.\u201d According to Depoy, there are times where you can not disobey the quote.\u00a0 “There are times where you have to think logically about the quote,\u201d says Depoy.<\/p>\n

People\u2019s saying impact them, it hurts them or makes them uneasy. Mayer says his quote makes him,\u201cMore confident on what I do.\u201d<\/p>\n

There are many sayings people abide by daily. There are sayings that are about life and sayings that are funny. There are sayings for everything and everyone.<\/p>\n
