Niles Scream Park <\/b><\/p>\n

Here are a list of some things that are happening during the month of October. One thing that is happening is in Niles, Michigan. It is called the <\/span>Niles Scream Park. <\/b>They have five new \u201chaunted attractions\u201d as they call it. The haunted attractions are called Niles Haunted House: Kingdom\u2019s End, Ashes to Ashes, House of Horror 3D, The Field of Screams, and The Dark Terror-tory Haunted Hayride. They also had a special guest named Kane Hodder, an actor \u00a0who played Jason in the <\/span>Friday the 13th<\/span><\/i> and Victor Crowley in <\/span>Hatchet I, II, and III. <\/span><\/i>The Niles Scream Park is rated one of the \u201cTop 31 Must- See Haunted Attractions.\u201d Every year, they rebuild the haunted houses so they can provide new and unique shows.<\/span><\/p>\n

Niles Scream Park is a non-profit community project. They have about 150-200 volunteers per night and they also represent over 65 Michiana area community and school organizations. It is located on Mayflower Road, south of Niles-Buchanan Road just off of Exit 5 off of the US 31 Bypass. \u00a0Tokens are only $1.00 depending on how many you get. The dates of these events is October 2nd-31st and also in November they have a \u201cBlack Out\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cost of the attractions are \u00a0the Haunted House 2015 is $12.00 with same night hand stamp is $5, Ashes to Ashes $7.00, Dark TERRItory $7.00, House of Horror 3D $7.00, and field of screams is $10.00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Plymouth Activities <\/b><\/p>\n

In Plymouth, there will be an <\/span>on Saturday, October 31st, 2015, the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce will be having Downtown Trick or Treat from 1:00 p.m – 3:00 p.m.<\/span> Plymouth will also be hosting other activities on the 29th. non-downtown trick or treat can only pass out candy is they already pre-registered for the tick or treat. There will be an annual costume parade at 12:45 p.m. and a downtown Merchants trick-or-treat opportunity from 1-3 p.m. Mark Senter and the city council declared that the city trick-or-treat will be on October 31st from 5-7 p.m. \u00a0Halloween is a time for fun and people get to do lots of activities. Junior Elizabeth Northcutt said, \u201dI like to dress up and be someone else who is not me.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

People can show their unique side and they can be just what they want to be and not get judged for it. Senior Brianna Allison said, \u201cI love scaring people.\u201d The weekend of October 4th-24th Potato Creek Park will have many activities going on.Sunday the 4th they will have Residents Birds of Prey from 10 a.m. to 3p.m., on Saturday the 10th they have a Fall Scavenger Hunt which will start at 12:30 p.m, the 11th is Forests at work,the 16th&17th they will have an Autumn Getaway Weekend and the Nature Center will be closed those days but it will reopen on Sunday the 18th.Then the Nature Center is closed then again on the 25th they will have the birds of Prey opened up. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
